- Andrei Craivan has been making music since 2004, when he moved to Spain from his homeland Romania. Although now affiliated with 404club and DJing regularly, in terms of electronic music he was always more interested in the production side of things - spending hours of studio time learning from experts like Javier Orduna and Inigo Oruezabal. After years of developing his own unique sound, characterized mainly by his enveloping, multi-layered melodies, he was ready to unleash his music on the public.
The Seychelles EP exemplifies perfectly his typical sound, with both tracks full of stunningly precise synth work and clever progression. Interweaving melodies create a texture that, although thick, remains somehow completely uncluttered, and together with the crisp percussion and flawlessly sculpted basslines, make two tracks which we are very happy to have snagged as our 6th release here on Bullfinch.
